KEY DUTIES:
1 Assist in unloading furnace to conduct visual inspection, quarantine suspect product for analysis
2 Validate finished goods meet customer specifications, enter data into Synergy data base
3 Provide C of A’s and C of C’s to external customers
4 Email all finished good nonconforming product updates to QA Manager and Production Manager
5 Prepare finished goods for shipping
6 Folk Lift operations are required
6 Complete Finished Goods MO’s in Dynamics / Releasing product to inventory
7 Maintaining housekeeping duties in the QC area

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
