What you’ll be doing:
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) sections within the finance department. This position involves a range of responsibilities that contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of the financial processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the AR and AP teams to ensure smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Oversee and complete monthly tax reporting in compliance with relevant regulations
- Generate and distribute monthly AR statements to customers and stakeholders
- Directly supervisor the AR/AP staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all bookkeeping and accounting functions including accounts payable, checks and balance execution, data entry and data processing

We’re Looking for:
- High School Diploma required
- Two-year degree in Accounting or other Business-related field of study desired
- Four years of accounts payable/accounts receivable experience required
- Two years of supervisory experience desired

Qualifications
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
