What you’ll be doing:
Helping customers, leading by example, working with our food service programs and having fun is what you'll do every shift! Mentoring and training co-workers while performing daily operational duties within the deli and store are key components of the Team Lead role. This position may serve as the shift supervisor and works closely with the store manager to foster a culture of fast paced, customer focused service while keeping co-workers on task and making independent decisions as needed to achieve daily goals.
*Evening shifts, every other weekend required*

We’re looking for:
- Schedule flexibility - including nights, weekends and sometimes holidays
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Retail experience
- Food service experience

- Retail and/or food service leadership experience
