We are hiring and training Apprentice Technicians to join our team in our efforts to help local utility customers with their goals of conserving electricity, natural gas, and water. This position will include steady, year-round employment.
Description: Install energy efficiency measures, which may include the servicing of air conditioning, duct repair, replacement of motors, installing smart thermostats, low flow toilets, and more. These services are provided to residential customers in San Diego County. As a Synergy Technician you can start your journey into the trades and do something really matters, helping people!
Duties/Expectations:
- Willing to learn (HVAC/Plumbing/electrical/weatherization)
- Training will be provided for this position, experience preferred but not necessary.
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Be responsible for company equipment.
- Drive a company provided vehicle
- Provide top quality customer service
- Work a full 8 hours
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school graduate strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with your hands.
- Bilingual a plus
