Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.
We are seeking full time call center appointment setters to start ASAP. We are looking for highly motivated go getters. This is a Monday-Friday position 8-5pm. A successful call center representative must have an excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers needs. You will be in charge of answering customer calls and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.

Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and /or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the companies new products, Services and policies
- Call and schedule customers for different programs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree or GED
- Resilience to outside forces and deal with rejection well
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
- In-depth knowledge of a companys products and/or phone systems
