Helpdesk Support Technician
Carlsbad, CA
We are currently hiring for a Helpdesk Support Technician in the Carlsbad, CA area. We have several opportunities available due to our growing needs! Helpdesk Support Technician Duties:
- Phone support and desktop support for around 400 users
- Split of 50/50. Primarily a Windows environment.
- IT support will consist of the following tasks:
- The candidate shall provide hardware/software configuration of desktop, laptop, thin clients, mobile devices and printer/scanner devices as required by DLA standards.
- Office 365
- The candidate shall resolve IT Incidents assigned to their workload queues
- Be able to help and assist a large company with desktop computers or the company's network.
- The duties range from remote desktop assistance to providing support over the telephone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers.
Helpdesk Support Technician Preferred Qualification:
CompTia Certified
Helpdesk Support Technician Pay Rate:
$19-24/hour Depending on experience
Helpdesk Support Technician Shift :
- 8am-5pm
Salary : $19 - $24
