We are currently hiring for a Helpdesk Support Technician in the Carlsbad, CA area. We have several opportunities available due to our growing needs! Helpdesk Support Technician Duties:

• Phone support and desktop support for around 400 users
• Split of 50/50. Primarily a Windows environment.
• IT support will consist of the following tasks:
• The candidate shall provide hardware/software configuration of desktop, laptop, thin clients, mobile devices and printer/scanner devices as required by DLA standards.
• Office 365
• The candidate shall resolve IT Incidents assigned to their workload queues
• Be able to help and assist a large company with desktop computers or the company's network.
• The duties range from remote desktop assistance to providing support over the telephone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers.

Helpdesk Support Technician Preferred Qualification:

CompTia Certified

Helpdesk Support Technician Pay Rate:

$19-24/hour Depending on experience

Helpdesk Support Technician Shift :

• 8am-5pm
