We are looking for Patient Service Representative to join the team!
The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments and/ or surgeries for patients
- Check patients in and out
- Verify demographics
- Collect co-pays
- Insurance verifications / authorizations / referrals / worker's comp
The Qualifications for a Patient Service Representative:
- Previous experience in a medical office - in patient or out patient
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Used EPIC or another EMR system is a plus
- High level customer service in a patient service representative capacity
