Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic, tactical thinking and executions in support of digital initiatives, spanning multiple channels.
- Support brand content creation through the lens of UX, instilling patterns and recommendations of the most fitting content to use through all consumer touchpoints with alignment and consistency (a collaborative process between UX, brand, digital strategy, and creative).
- Ideate and support experiences through the lens of UX, considering business strategies, content and media awareness, user research, and overall customer experience to reach success.
