What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Orlando, FL position at Synergy Equipment?
A Customer Service Representative’s primary objective is to generate qualified leads for our sales teams. This includes initial follow up on web generated leads and leads from third party sources. CSRs also make outbound calls to targeted lists of contacts for current and former customers who have not rented equipment from us recently. CSRs will assist the pump specialists by qualifying Dodge reported projects for pump applications. In addition, CSRs make quality assurance calls to both rental and dealer customers and conduct marketing research as directed.

Essential Functions

- Environment is 100% phone work. This may be in space provided in a Synergy
- Equipment branch or in an established call center facility
- No overnight travel outside of initial training
- Customer service or sales experience primarily using the phone
- Familiarity with CRM preferably Salesforce.com
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education And Experience
- 4-year Bachelor Degree
- 6 months experience as a Sales Coordinator
- Construction equipment experience preferred but not require
