The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for the advanced reconciliations and functions of the accounting department . They are responsible for month end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed reporting for the CFO .
Essential Functions
- Provide and complete reporting to upper management & CFO
- Oversee Business Licenses, Foreign LLC, renewals for all Locations
- Process Sales Tax returns & payments including filing the returns
- Create Fixed Assets from CIP
- Produce Income Statement Analytics & research discrepancies
- Prepare Month end Journal Entries
- Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Additional reporting & tasks delegated by Accounting Manager, Controller or CFO
- Complete audit requests for year end and quarterly audits
