MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of high-end customer service
- 2 years of sales experience
- Previous medical spa experience preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Answering incoming phone calls directed to the Patient Journey Center.
- First point of contact for new and existing patients inquiring about injectables, laser, body contouring, and facial treatments.
- Educate the patient on all services Synergy has to offer and thoroughly describe treatments by following a script.
- Convert calls into booked appointments.
- Assist with answering emails and text messages.
- Capture and reach out to leads made through online inquiries.
- Use CRM software to track all leads made through online inquiries throughout the points of contact.
COMPETENCIES:
- Expresses self clearly and concisely in oral and written communications.
- Communicates effectively with patients.
- Is pleasant and friendly with patients over the phone, via email and text.
- Successfully credentials the practice and providers.
- Is knowledgeable in all aspects of Synergy and the services we offer.
- Follows the phone verbiage scripting and gathers all appropriate information for our practice management system.
