- Monitor and ensure efficiency of infrastructure of systems and processes including administrative and reporting procedures
- Review data processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures through the monitoring and testing of agency systems for effectiveness
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the C Team
