SALES REPRESENTATIVE, MEDICALLY TAILORED MEALS

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and manage relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, Medicaid/Medicare

providers, and insurance companies.

 Identify and secure new business opportunities in the medically tailored meal sector.

 Navigate Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement processes and insurance-based meal programs.

 Work closely with brokers and distributors to expand nationwide reach.

 Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and compliance of medically tailored meals.

 Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

 Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the healthcare, food processing, and related

industries.

Ideal Qualifications/Competencies:

 Experience in healthcare sales, preferably in nutrition, meal programs, or insurance-covered

services.

 Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement and hospital partnerships.

 Existing network in the healthcare, insurance, or meal delivery industry is a plus.

 Ability to travel and build relationships nationwide.

 Proven sales track record with experience in B2B healthcare sales.

 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external

referral sources geographically located within assigned territory

 Exhibits effective oral and written communication with physicians, location staff, patients, and all

referral sources to ensure questions and concerns are processed promptly

 Ability to plan, implement, and execute strategies independently to achieve sales goals effectively

 Exhibit a sense of urgency for goal achievement with a strong commitment to results

 Build relationships with referral sources, patients, and caregivers

 Strong organizational, prioritizing, and territory management skills

 Be flexible, self-driven, accountable for results, autonomous, yet supportive of team efforts

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
