Synergy Glass Company is seeking a

Commercial Glass and Glazing Estimator

to join our team. Specializing in projects ranging from $100K to $5M, we deliver solutions for diverse commercial applications, including storefronts, curtainwalls, windows, and interior glazing. (this is an In-office position)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate project take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to develop comprehensive bid proposals.
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Glazier's Studio, or PartnerPak for take-offs and estimation.
• Analyze project outcomes to refine and improve estimation accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.
• A detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in commercial glass and glazing estimating preferred.
• Proficiency with glass systems like storefronts, curtainwalls, and interior glazing.
• Strong command of take-off software (e.g., Bluebeam, Glazier Studio, PartnerPak, MS Excel and MS Word).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing workload, and working with minimal supervision.
