What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Coordinator position at Synergy Global Housing, LLC?
SUMMARY: The Client Services Coordinator partners with the Client Services Counsellor to process and finalize reservations and service existing clients.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

- Responsible for creating resident files and maintaining proper documentation.
- Schedules vendor services (furniture, housewares and utilities) ensuring all apartments meet move in standards set by Synergy Global Housing prior to
guest’s arrival. - Ensures all contracts are signed and properly executed before a guest arrives at the apartment for move-in.
- Requests keys/fobs/garage remotes from the property
- Sends out all arrivals to Guests
- Schedules all maid services and turn cleans
- Works with the manager to monitor vacancy exposure daily
- Sends out all Guest Welcome letters, 30-day notices, 7 day notices
- Occasionally be tasked with walking units, meet and greets
- Sending guest confirmations/check-in instructions, and inputting new apartment acquisitions within the Oscar database.
- Monitors vacancy exposure daily ensuring reservations activity is placed where it minimizes Synergy Global Housing financial exposure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college business courses including sales and marketing preferred.
- Requires a fast response time to client inquiries as well as follow up.
- Detail-oriented
- Multi-tasking and organization is required.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment as well as individually.
- Demonstrates passion for guest satisfaction and company success.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Word and Excel is required.
- Hospitality industry and or customer service background preferred
