What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Worker position at Synergy Global Housing, LLC?
SUMMARY: Will ensure guest satisfaction by processing houseware items meet company standards and expectations. In addition, will assist in ensuring inventory is stocked and readily available for delivery
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Employee may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. - Load and unload materials from company vehicles
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks and delivery trucks by hand or forklift
- Operate all warehouse equipment (washer, dryer, ironer, forklift, dish machine, leaf blower) in safe manner
- Operates manual and power tools
- Performs basic maintenance tasks
- Cleans and maintains a clean work area
- Clean and maintains exterior of warehouse at all times
- Follows safety procedures, operates equipment and performs job related duties in a safe manner
- Operates delivery vehicle in a safe and courteous manner. Determines if vehicle is safe to operate and has all of the necessary fluids (gasoline, oil, water, etc.) before loading the vehicle
- Occasionally performs delivery/pickup of miscellaneous Service Requests
- Occasionally performs Inspections (Pre-Move Out, Move Out, New Unit, Final and or Return). Resolves issues and/or communicates to Synergy Office defects beyond ability to correct
- May assist in training new hires
- Assist with field duties when needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
