As a Medspa Manager at Synergy Health 360, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Medspa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in managing staff, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medspa.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Medspa staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
- Drive sales through effective promotions and upselling.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing efforts.
