Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects. This role is essential in supporting project managers, ensuring smooth team communication, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress.
- Monitor project timelines and provide status updates.
- Handle material ordering and delivery coordination.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction coordination, administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
