Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized care and support to patients, assisting them with activities of daily living, such as :

• Personal Care : Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Meal Preparation : Preparing meals and snacks based on dietary needs and preferences.
• Companionship : Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Household Support : Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Medication Reminders : Offering support with prescribed medications and routines.
• Physical Assistance : Helping with range of motion exercises and blood glucose monitoring.
• Mobility Support : Using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
• Hospice Support : Providing compassionate care to hospice patients.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications :

• A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and care.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs daily.
• Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is a plus (Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PSW, Nurse, etc.).
