Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated End-of-Life / Hospice or Palliative Caregiver to provide non-medical support to our clients in their homes. Are you someone with a nurturing personality and a genuine passion for helping others during this critical time?

As a Hospice or Palliative Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Offer respite care to family members and caregivers
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client
Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided and client's condition
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other members of the care team
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
