Experienced Caregiver

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Experienced Caregiver to join our team. As an experienced caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, with a commitment to promoting the well-being and dignity of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure the client's living environment is clean and safe.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field.
• Valid Drivers License
• Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Experience with specific care needs, such as dementia, mobility challenges, etc. preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Scheduling: Our commitment to supporting our Caregivers extends to providing 24/7 at-home care to our clients, offering a diverse range of shift availability through weekly scheduling.

Hiring Process:

• Interview

• 2 Hour Orientation- Additional training performed during if needed
