CNA with HOYER lifts experience for a specific client (SHORT SHIFTS)

We have an immediate need for a CNA with extensive Hoyer lift experience, at least 2-years of serving and moving bed-bound medically involved clients.  These shifts are both challenging and rewarding.  You are often a bright light in their life when you provide patient, empathetic personal care.  Helping them live their best lives in difficult circumstances.   We have both morning and evening shifts available.

This opening is for a specific client  shifts are 7 days a week 8-10 am and / or 6 : 30-9 : 30 pm.  Must be available at least 3-4 days a week .  For this client only we are paying $22 per hour.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers Certified Nursing Assitants :

Competitive pay between  $18.00 - $20.00

Bonuses  for short shifts - make $2 - $4 more per hour for some short shifts.

Paid Vacation   / Paid Holidays / Paid Sick Days even for part time and PRN team members

Time-and-a-Half or  Double-Time  when working certain Holidays

Flexible schedules  - work around school schedules or other job schdules

Paid  ongoing training - we pay you to take our training - we'll even pay for your CPR Re-Certification

As a Certified Nursing Assitant who has Hoyer lift experience, with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Provide personal care to clients as needed, including showering, sponge baths, toileting, personal hygiene, dressing, etc.

Use a  Hoyer lift  to transfer clients to / from bed / bathroom / recliner / wheelchair who are bed-bound an unable to stand on their own

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
