We have immediate work available this week for experienced Memory Care Professionals .  Some overnights annd 12-hour days shifts, as well as shorter shifts.

Competitive pay per hour base pay and short shift bonuses for a total of up to $25 per hour

Paid Time Off   /  All team members, including part-time and PRN staff earn paid time off for vacation or sick days.

Responsibilities :  As a Care Professional with SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton, you will have opportunities to :

Bring wholehearted, life-energizing care to as many people as possible - on their own terms, in their own homes.

Provide  Personal Care with compassionate and sensitive toileting, showering, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance.  As well as medication reminders, exercise and mobility assistance, and fall prevention.

Provide  Companionship and Light Housekeeping , which may include social engagement, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shopping.  As well as cleaning the client’s bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and other living spaces the client uses. Personal assistant task, which may include pet care, watering houseplants, scheduling appointments, organizing calendar, and other similar tasks.

Hour Pay Rate  based on qualifications and experience level.

Job Requirements :

Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check

CPR / FIRST AID (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire - we pay for your CPR training)

At least  two years  of experience working in home care or a facility serving seniors.
