We are hiring for a Home Health Aide ( HHA ) to join our team!

Our clients live in the Mainline and Delaware County regions.

Pay Rate : $16 / hour with opportunities for raises based on performance!

shift type : hiring for ALL shifts

Non-Certified Caregivers welcome for senior or elderly companion jobs

Home Health Aide ( HHA ) REQUIREMENTS :

Have a valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test or 2 step PPD
Must pass a national criminal background check, State of PA and Childline Background.
First aid & CPR certification by hire date
Personal care experience in a work setting.

HOME HEALTH AIDE ( HHA ) RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES :

Provide personal care as specified by the written care plan and all activities of daily living (ADL’s)

Provide companionship for the client including, but not limited to : talking and listening, reading aloud, providing social and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping duties

Prepare and serve meals as requested.

Accompany client on walks, doctor’s visits, and other errands

Complete Daily Activity Report to accurately record the care provided in the home.
