Qualifications:
- Customer service skills and phone answering management experience
- Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Well-honed time management skills
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to pass a background check & Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key referral sources (e.g., hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, etc.).
- Generate and qualify leads through community outreach, networking, drop-ins, and event participation.
- Educate potential clients and their families about our services and the value of in-home care.
- Assist clients and families in completing service agreements.
- Support the intake process by coordinating consultations.
- Track and report on outreach efforts, leads, and conversions.
- Represent SYNERGY HomeCare at community events, health fairs, and partner functions.
