Responsibilities :
- Schedule caregiver with clients and ensure all parties are informed of the schedule in a timely manner
- Confirm and update caregiver availability, including managing vacation requests, call-offs, and holidays
- Maintain detailed documentation of caregiver skills and attributes to facilitate optimal matching with clients
- Provide thorough explanations of the scheduling process to new caregivers and offer ongoing support as needed
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with caregivers and clients to promote a supportive and collaborative environment
- Address schedule conflicts or issues promptly and effectively to ensure continuity of care for clients
- Assist the Office Manager with caregiver discipline and coaching
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve scheduling processes
- Assist with the onboarding process for new caregivers
