Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle management.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Oversee clinic operations and workflow in partnership with other stakeholders.
- Actively participate in business planning, financial decisions, and strategic growth initiatives for the clinic.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the local community and other healthcare providers to enhance clinic visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with a valid Nurse Practitioner license.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in primary care or family medicine.
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience is a plus.
- Certifications: Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active DEA license and prescriptive authority.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
