As a Home Health Aide in Synergy HomeCare you will have the rewarding opportunity of providing personalized care and supports to seniors or individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve :
- Assisting them with their activities of daily living.
- Providing companionship and promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Supporting with mobility and transfer assistance if needed.
- Medication reminders.
- Meal prep and assistance feeding, if needed.
- Light Housekeeping tasks.
- Communication with our clients, their families and our staff.
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
