Position Overview :

The Business Development & Care Management Representative will play a critical role in expanding our network of referral sources, generating client leads and onboarding new clients through comprehensive care assessments. This is an outside sales and relationship-building position requiring daily face-to-face visits with referral sources and prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the healthcare or senior care industries and the ability to deliver immediate results. This position will also involve developing recruitment strategies to support staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Development :

Develop and execute business development strategies to meet and exceed referral and client acquisition goals.

  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure that all parties are informed of any changes or developments.
  • Works closely with the President and Director to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and clients.
  • Analyze data and provide weekly / monthly reports.
  • Achievement of monthly admission goals.
  • Successfully executes a weekly, monthly and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development including prospecting / diversification and call frequency / routing. Plans activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills required.
  • Client Engagement :

    Conduct home assessments and informationals with prospective clients to identify care needs and develop personalized care plans.

  • Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for clients and their families.
  • Community Outreach :

    Organize and participate in marketing & healthcare events to boost community visibility and foster new relationships.

    Recruitment :

    Identify and establish new recruitment pipelines to maintain a robust caregiving team

    Qualifications : Required Skills :

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within home care, healthcare or senior services industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and senior care markets, with the ability to leverage existing relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and face-to-face client interactions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and technology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Education :

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Personal Attributes :

  • Passionate about senior care and client advocacy.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and results-driven.
  • Skilled at building trust and rapport with both internal and external referral sources.
  • Schedule :

  • Standard : Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility : Occasional weekends or after-hours events as needed
