Job Description :
As the Business Development Specialist at Synergy HomeCare of Edwardsville, you will be responsible for identifying potential referral partners and establishing long-term relationships with organizations, individuals and families who may benefit from our home care services. You will play a crucial role in increasing awareness of Synergy’s offerings in the local community, while contributing to the highest standards of care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage potential referral partners and sources within the local community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral networks.
- Conduct outreach efforts to raise awareness about Synergy Home Care’s services through in-person visits, phone calls, and community events.
- Create and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and service referrals.
- Provide educational materials and information to potential clients and their families.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Track and report outreach activities, partner development progress, and market insights.
