Qualifications :

PCA or CNA Certification

CPR Certification

Valid Driver's License

Empathy and responsibility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client requirements

Responsibilities :

Provide non-medical support, including companionship and social engagement

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
