As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :
Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
After working 40 consecutive hours per week for one year, Per Diem Caregiver staff will accrue five days of vacation starting in their second year of work 40 consecutive hours per week.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum : High school diploma or equivalent.
Bank account or Cash card
HHA certification
Criminal record background check and drug screen
Reliable transportation or public transportation
Valid driver's license and car insurance - optional
