As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

Be mindful of the needs of the client

Make sure that the client is comfortable

Be the safeguard of the client by doing whatever it takes to make your environment safe and keeping the client from slips and falls

Be the hands, feet and even the voice of the client if needed.

Do the regular chores of the client like lite housekeeping and laundry, errands

Prepare meals

Take the client to his / her appointments or wherever he / she needs to go

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
