As a Childcare Provider in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to children’s needs, including engaging and fun activities

• Assist client with basic childcare services, meal preparation, and safe and fun interactions!

• The shifts can change week to week as the clients utilize their backup care benefits. We can be alerted for a shift that needs coverage within 24 hours; your flexibility and efficient communication will be needed

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
