Looking for an Experienced Female CNA who is active, upbeat, encouraging, and a self-starter. Has a commitment to keep the client active and engaged in activities on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6 : 00am to 2 : 00pm with the possibility of some weekend shifts. The perfect candidate will live no further than 25 miles from Wyoming and willing to lift and support client in preventing falls and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with people with mental disabilities preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.

Salary : Hourly Pay range

19.50 -$21

Shift Type : DAYS 6am - 2pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Job Requirements :

Experience- Experience with home making, cooking, cleaning, and assisting people with disabilities. Experience with ADL’s and able to lift.

Reliable Transportation- Must have own reliable vehicle along with a current driver license and up to date auto insurance is required for all positions.

State Requirements- You must pass a state and national background check and complete the MN Department of Health Training, which is required. Proof or obtain a negative TB test.

Training- Complete SYNERGY HomeCare onboarding process, which includes online and in-house training.

Language-Caregivers must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
