Your Role as a Caregiver

As a valued member of the SYNERGY HomeCare team, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to :

Provide compassionate, non-medical care to clients in their homes.

Assist with daily routines, including morning preparations and evening wind-downs.

Help clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support (including use of Hoyer Lifts).

Engage in companionship and meaningful social interactions.

Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Foster professional and caring relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

To join our team, you’ll need :

At least 1 year of caregiving experience or a CNA certification.

CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it after hire).

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Availability to work Saturdays or Sundays regularly.

The ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
