At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers :

  • Competitive pay ($15.50-$18 per hour)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) beginning day one
  • Paid orientation and ongoing training
  • Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
  • Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients

  • Medical benefits through Medallus for both full and part-time employees for just $10 per month regardless of full or part-time status. (Family coverage for only $85-$90 / month for family up to 6 people)
  • Pay for travel time between clients (if seeing multiple clients in the same day)
  • We will pay up to $350 for CNA School tuition after 3 months of solid job performance

    • As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

  • Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Helping clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening
  • Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts
  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

    • Job Requirements :

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have at least one year of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility. (not needed if you have your CNA)
  • Have or acquire CPR / First Aid certification (May obtain after interview)
  • Be able to pass a national background check
  • A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance / registration, and a reliable car

    • Salary : $16 - $18
