We are looking for someone to work in the Phoenix area during the afternoon's from 2-7 or 2-10 or nights 7p-7a or 10p-7a. This person will need experience with memory care, mobility pivot transfers with a gait belt, assisting with physical therapy exercises, and lots of patience.  This would be an ongoing position offering at a minimum of 24 hours per wk.  This is an immediate start position.

As a CAREGIVER with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Provide personal care to clients as needed

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
