Job Overview:
Join our compassionate team as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) and make a difference every day! Help our clients achieve personal goals, maintain independence, and integrate fully into their communities through personalized, one-on-one care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
- Follow Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) tailored to each client's needs
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor overall well-being
- Support clients with transportation to appointments and community outings
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow care guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior home health aid experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification
- HHA license
