We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.
We are requiring caregiver to work with a male client with Cerebral Palsy and autism. Caregiver should be able to assist client to perform his daily functions such as personal care, transfers, toileting assistance, light exercise, meal prep, and housekeeping. Client loves to socialize and do outdoor activities. We are looking for someone who can help him drive to different outdoor activities and keeping him engaged during their outing.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements
- Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
- National background check
- A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration and a reliable car (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
