We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.
We have clients needing care in the following areas: Flagstaff
SYNERGY HomeCare offers:
- Flexibility - we know how hard it is to balance your time with school, kid,and everything else going on, we will do our best to provide you with a schedule that meets your needs
- Location - we understand commuting can be hard and we will do our best to find you clients nearby!
- Education/Training - we offer online courses and training in our office “lab†to help you grow in your position while gaining experience for future opportunities
- Travel Time - we provide you with the technology to help us pay you for travel time in between clients
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Help families take care of those they hold dear
- Preparing snacks and meals to sustain and satisfy them throughout your time with them
- Encourage activity (walking, stretching) to keep clients active
- Tidying up the house and helping with basic housekeeping tasks that keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience - if you’ve had a job with a similar position or have experience with caring for family or friends, we’d love to connect with you. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded. If you have experience cooking, cleaning or caring for others, that’s a bonus!
- Characteristics - this is an independent position, we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and are willing to learn through experience and feedback!
