What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) SYNERGY HomeCare of Sun City position at Synergy HomeCare?
We are looking for a qualified candidate to assist with a client who has both mobility and cognative impairment. Requirements would be a minimum of 1 year experience with memory care and hands on transfers, preferrably dealing with TBI or Parkinsons.
Hours will generally be 12 hr shifts 2-3 days per week, both days and nights available. Some potential for 4-8hr mid day shifts.
Must be flexible on days / hours and willing to fill in when needed.

ABILITY TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN (SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION)
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including bathing, toileting, dressing, transfers, and hands on assistance.
Provide transporation to doctors appts and errands, and companionship and social engagement.
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts on an ongoing weekly basis
