As a Licensed Practical Nurse -  LPN  SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Two day a week work schedule, 

• Train caregivers on clients’ activities of daily living (ADL’s)

• Train caregivers on how to provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Train caregivers on providing  personal care to clients 

• Train caregivers on how to assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable consistent training by being punctual
