SYNERGY HomeCare of South Dayton was founded in 2010 and for the last 15 years, we have been providing outstanding home care services to our clients. As a result of our growth we are looking for a dynamic person to join our amazing team.
This dynamic individual should have the following requirements:
Experience – Two years experience in a home care or home health environment scheduling clients and caregivers
Education – College Degree preferred or education in a health care related field
Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills
Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Organization - ability to organize priorities and tasks effectively. Organize a large amount of sensitive data.
Verbal and written communication - possess excellent communication skills. Communicating clearly and effectively with various groups of people.
Computer skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, database software, ATS
Problem solving skills & Multi-taskings - requires a high volume of interaction with employees and clients at the same time
Essential Primary Responsibilities:
Staff and schedule for our clients open and ongoing shifts in a timely manner.
Answer all incoming calls and direct calls to the proper personnel
Use best judgment in assigning care personnel to the appropriate clients based on needs and preferences
Understand the specific needs of the client and assign the appropriate caregivers immediately
Document all pertinent information on client records
Maintain up to date available lists for expediency in staffing
Maintain schedule in accurate and legible form
Communicate with contract agencies regarding schedules, evaluation of staff
Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients/ responsible parties
