Duties

- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and administrative tasks is beneficial.
