Your Role
As a Campaign Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, development, and client stakeholders, to deliver seamless, data-driven campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, from segmentation to deployment, across platforms like Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega, and Braze.
- Design and implement complex multi-channel customer journeys with dynamic content and trigger-based deployments.
- Leverage SQL to create audience segments and optimize targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot deployment or deliverability issues, and implement solutions in real time.
- Validate technical feasibility of new marketing programs and platform enhancements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and clients, to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing Sciences team to set up tracking and analyze campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Development teams to productionalize marketing automation and personalization features.
- Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders while driving continuous improvements.
- Maintain best practices in marketing operations, data hygiene, and automation process excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in campaign management or marketing operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign Classic v7 / v8 (Business Practitioner Certification preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with SQL for audience segmentation and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to take ownership, drive results, and troubleshoot technical campaign issues.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SSJS, and personalization strategies in Adobe Campaign (a plus).
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and automation strategies.
