We are seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee the setup, management, deployment, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. In this role, you will serve as the primary owner and expert for the campaigns you manage, ensuring seamless execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation, management, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega, and Braze.
- Develop target audience segments using SQL and design complex multi-channel customer journeys featuring dynamic content and trigger-based deployments.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to delivery and deployment to ensure optimal results.
- Assess the technical feasibility of new marketing programs and features, ensuring campaigns meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
- Partner with the Marketing Sciences team to implement campaign tracking and performance measurement.
- Work closely with developers to convert creative assets and messaging into functional campaign components.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on campaign performance, deliverables, and timelines.
- Drive process excellence in campaign operations, maintaining adherence to best practices and established workflows.
