About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Experience Strategy Consulting leader to drive client growth, business development, and practice advancement in digital transformation and experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on growth strategy, experience strategy, and digital transformation.
- Lead strategic pursuits, develop market perspectives, and create compelling narratives for experience-led transformation.
- Oversee delivery of digital business and experience strategy engagements as a Program Leader.
- Build client relationships and expand engagements within current accounts.
- Advance practice offerings, develop thought leadership, and manage talent to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in consultancy/agency roles in digital business strategy, growth strategy, or experience transformation.
- Proven ability to engage C-level clients, lead transformations, and grow consulting services.
- Expertise in customer experience, omnichannel strategy, and digital transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree (master's preferred) with strong experience in consumer goods or financial services.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily domestic.
Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
