• Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing frameworks to evaluate and communicate the impact of design initiatives.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with design, technology, and business teams.
• Project Coordination: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure their successful execution.
• Training and Support: Demonstrated ability to create training resources, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing guidance to design teams.

Preferred Experience

• Background in Design Operations or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Knowledge of tool procurement and vendor relationship management.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and other methodologies relevant to design and product development.
