Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy Front-End Engineer with 5 years of experience and a strong background in React. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and optimizing user-facing features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Please note, this position is on-site (M-F) in the River North area.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive web applications using React
- Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver polished user experiences
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 years in front-end development (React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Redux, and styled components
- Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
